Introducing one of my all-time FAVORITE summertime treats (and local small businesses): Purple Penguin Snowcone Shack! I don’t know about you, but nothing screams summer more to me than a delicious snowcone!
Purple Penguin Snowcone Shack started in 2009, through a leap of faith (as the owners say) and has now blossomed into 5 locations across Henderson and Las Vegas. These beautiful purple trucks provide a great way to spend a summer afternoon. Lean into the Las Vegas heat and enjoy a delicious icy treat that’s become a summertime staple in our household! This is seriously one of my favorite places to grab something cool during the summer!!!!
